Job Purpose of A Remuneration Expert

To contribute to the administration and enhancement of the AD Ports Group compensation and benefits policies, procedures, and practices in order to ensure the provision of equitable and competitive pay and benefits to the “Company” employees that contribute to their motivation and retention.

Duties of A Remuneration Expert

• Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package.
• Develop a consistent compensation philosophy in line with work culture and organisational objectives.
• Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation.
• Use various methods and techniques and make data-based proposals on direct financial, indirect financial and nonfinancial compensations.
• To ensure the continuous improvement and alignment of the AD Ports Group compensation and benefits in order to contribute to the achievement of wider HC&E initiatives and enhancement programs.

Who Can Apply?

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human resources, Business Administration, Finance or related fields,
• Global Remuneration Professional Qualification (GRP) or Equivalent.

Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in similar role.
