Relationship Officer at Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank is responsible to offer full range of services to Gold & Diamond customers and cross sell ADIB consumer banking products, Investments. Support Relationship Mangers and handle services in their absence. Responsibilities of Relationship Officer

• Support Relationship Managers.
• Proactively upsell / cross sell products and services to customers.
• Inform designated customers about their eligibility for special offers / complimentary gifts based on their transactions & invested assets.
• Proactively request customers to refer others.
• Community Involvement must be a socially active opinion leader.

Requirements of Relationship Officer

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, Banking or a related major field of study is preferred.
• At least 2 years in similar positions.
• Customer Facing (e.g. Front Office) Experience in Banks or Financial Brokerage Companies (in an advisory role).

Skills and Knowledge Desired

• Bilingual (Arabic & English).
• Working knowledge of investment products & banking operations. (further training & certification to be provided).
• Strong communication skills & customer orientation.
• Ability to interact with high end, affluent customers of all nationalities.
