Job Description
Relationship Manager at Emirates Islamic Bank Dubai is responsible for developing large to medium customer relationships, providing advice / solutions based on thorough analysis of customer needs. Work needs to be to a high standard and fully compliant. Role holder may manage a small team mainly providing services relating to relationship management. Responsibilities of Relationship Manager
- Regularly review the market to identify opportunities in allocated segments and develop proposals for approval.
- Prepare and gain approval for proposals that will meet the policies and customer needs.
- Take personal responsibility for the establishment and maintenance of key relationships to leverage business achievement.
- 100% adherence to policies and procedures.
- No adverse comments from Audit / Q & A Satisfactory rating.
- Provide professional and expert advice on products and services to customers and business leads to other units to ensure that business opportunities are realized.
Requirements of Relationship Manager
- Bachelor Degree.
- 3-8 Years Experience.
