RAKBANK is presently accepting applications from suitable candidate for the job role of Relationship Manager Business Banking Liabilities. The role holder is responsible to manage and grow the business banking liabilities portfolio by building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored financial solutions.

Responsibilities of Relationship Manager

• Manage and grow a portfolio of Business Liability relationships by meeting or exceeding budgeted sales and service targets within the acceptable risk standards.
• Carry out all tasks ensuring all activities are completed within the timescales and with a high degree of accuracy, whilst providing excellent customer service to both external and internal customers.
• Liaison with other support functions within the bank to carry out work pertaining to conversions of proposals.
• Comply with the Staff Code of Conduct at all times to ensure a positive image of the Bank is present to all customers both internal and external.
• Ensure that the business is booked as per the laid down procedures and guidelines and due diligence is carried out with respect to money laundering and other regulatory requirements.

Requirements of Relationship Manager

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3 years of experience in similar role.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

• Excellent communication skills.
• Possess good knowledge of the Business Banking products and services.
• Good networking skills.
