Relationship Executive Transguard Group Dubai

Transguard Group is currently recruiting for a Relationship Executive to join their KMS & TG Living team at Transguard Group in Dubai. Generating revenue by signing up for Annual Maintenance contracts (MEP and Clean), Generating revenue by closing one-off quoted jobs (MEP and Clean, Overlook quoted job process and conversion. This a mid level full time role. For this role the salary ranges from 10000 AED to 20000 AED, which may be slightly negotiatable during the interview.

Duties of Relationship Executive

• Financial: Contribute towards revenue growth of the BU by selling AMC’s (Residential/Commercial).
• Contribute towards revenue growth by winning tenders/BIDS and increase one-off quoted job conversion.
• Customer: Propose suitable AMC Solutions to customers (MEP/Clean).
• Propose timely and accurate Tender/BID Solutions to customers.
• Process: Preparation of financial summaries for Tailored AMC requirements.
• Preparation of Financial summaries for Tender/BID solutions.
• Innovation: Propose Financial summary enhancements that can help with pricing solutions.
• Prepare promotional rate cards and offers by creating relevant financial summaries.

Eligibility Requirements for Relationship Executive

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or related field.
• 3 years’ experience in selling residential or commercial MEP and Cleaning services.
• Experience in Preparing Proposals, quotes and Tender/BID solutions.
