About the Role

The Registered Nurse Outpatient at Mubadala Health Dubai is responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care to outpatients, including assessment, triage, monitoring, and follow-up care. Furthermore, the role involves supporting physicians during OPD consultations and minor procedures while ensuring patient safety and comfort. Moreover, the successful candidate will coordinate patient flow within the OPD to ensure efficient clinic operations and a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to outpatients, including assessment, triage, monitoring, and follow-up
• Support physicians during OPD consultations and minor procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort
• Administer medications, injections, vaccinations, and treatments in accordance with physician orders
• Prepare patients for examinations and procedures, providing clear education and instructions
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in the electronic medical record system
• Coordinate patient flow within the OPD to ensure efficient clinic operations and positive patient experience
• Adhere to infection control, patient safety, and quality standards throughout all clinical activities
• Participate in audits, quality improvement initiatives, and ongoing professional development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
• Valid DOH or DHA Registered Nurse license or eligibility to obtain
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in an OPD or ambulatory care setting
• BLS certification required (ACLS preferred depending on clinic specialty)
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced outpatient environment
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
