About the Role

The Registered Nurse at Prime Hospital will deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care across various clinical departments. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized nursing care plans
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed by attending physicians
• Monitor patient conditions and promptly report changes to the medical team
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic patient management
• Maintain accurate and thorough nursing documentation in electronic health records
• Support pre-operative and post-operative patient care protocols
• Educate patients and families on discharge planning and self-care management
• Participate in hospital infection control and quality assurance programs
• Respond effectively to medical emergencies and implement resuscitation procedures
• Promote a safe and clean clinical environment in accordance with DHA standards

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited university
• Valid DHA license or eligibility for DHA licensing as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital setting
• Current BLS certification; ACLS certification is preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Proficient in electronic health record systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
