Saudi German Hospitals Group is seeking a qualified and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join their HR team in Dubai. This job opening was announced by the company on January 10, 2024 and is now open for applications. This role person is responsible for carrying out the recruitment for the positions assigned. He / she will act as the Recruitment SPOC for the assigned unit.

Responsibilities of Recruitment Specialist

  • Responsible for supporting the full lifecycle recruitment process from manpower requisition through to the onboarding of candidates.
  • Inform all the stakeholders are about the position status.
  • Ensure adherence to the manpower budget outline.
  • Identify the source and selection criteria to meet the requirement.
  • Carries out recruitment of the assigned category and identifies potential candidates.
  • Applying expertise and knowledge in sourcing candidates worldwide via a variety of direct sourcing methods including advertising, LinkedIn, social media and headhunting.
  • Screening of profiles and conducts HR interview as per the policy.
  • Adopt methods and ensure recruitment is done within the TAT as specified.
  • Ensures the candidates compensation, benefits and other requirements are met as per the guidelines.
  • Ensure the candidate has confirmed to the employment by offer acceptance.
  • Ensure employee joining status is adhered to and coordinate with the concerned departments for the effective implementation of action plan like Licensing / work permit/ Visa.
  • Collect, validate and maintain all documents for visa process and required compliance documents according to the statutory requirements.
  • Maintain updated recruitment dash board & KPI reports.
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
  • Maintain highest of confidentiality of information related to the candidate.
  • Ensure following the principle of equality and diversity in sourcing the profile.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
  • Adopt the changing trends in recruitment and apply HR recruiting best practices to promote company’s reputation as “Employer of Choice”.
  • Keep the relevant managers informed about the position status through regular MIS and reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

Following is the eligibility criteria for the role of Recruitment Specialist at Saudi German Hospitals Group:

  • MBA-HR Preferably.
  • 5 years’ relevant experience.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Updated and latest Recruitment trend/ process.
  • Organization and environment awareness.
  • In-depth knowledge of best HR practices.
  • Current knowledge of Joint Commission, state guidelines, regulations, and standards.
  • UAE Labor law.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill.
  • Time Management, Organizing, Analytical Thinking, Team work, Continuous Learning, Value & Ethics.
  • Effective Negotiation Skill
  • Proficient in Office Application (MS Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills including the ability to effectively communicate with persons throughout the organization, including clinicians
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues.
  • Specialist training in Health Care Licensing Requirements Best HR practices.
  • Knowledge of English, Arabic, French.
