As an Recruitment Sourcing Manager at Higher Colleges of Technology you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top talent to their organization. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of sourcing specialists to strategically source, engage, and build relationships with potential candidates. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and recruiters to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies to meet those needs. This role requires a deep understanding of various sourcing techniques, strong leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities of Recruitment Sourcing Manager

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the sourcing strategy in alignment with HCT’s system wide strategy.
  • Support with the development and implementation of Candidate souring directly globally, procedures and processes related to sourcing recruitment and monitor compliance of subordinates.
  • Contribute to the development of the brand of HCT and its eco system global partners.
  • Develop a yearly plan for sourcing strategy recruitment in line with the strategic and business plan for HR and HCT.
  • Develop a sourcing approach for HCT and develop guidelines to be implemented across functions and campuses.
  • Develop and implement good practice policies, procedures and processes, and methods to support the Sourcing, selection, and Emiratization at HCT to meet changing business priorities and increasing workloads.
  • Define and develop HCT’s employee value proposition in alignment with HCT’s system wide strategy.
  • Support the development of HCT’s annual recruitment plan in alignment with organization design and workforce plans.
  • Lead the development of an Emiratization plan which includes Emiratization targets and looks into which positions need to be filled by UAE Nationals.
  • Collaboration with TA Senior manager to identify critical positions and determine current and future talent needs based on workforce plans.
  • Establish effective networks both internally (e.g. referral programmes) and externally (e.g. Social media platforms, graduate programmes, job fairs) to support sourcing approach.
  • Identify and attend recruitment events to meet with candidates and promote HCT as and when needed.
  • Lead the coordination with IT to develop, enhance and maintain the sourcing strategy for internal or external candidates.
  • Lead the content development of HCT’s website career page to reflect HCT’s employee value proposition.

People Management

  • Lead & mentor a team of sourcing specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to optimize performance. Ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with passive candidates, industry professionals, and relevant organizations to create a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Contribute to the identification of learning and development needs of employees within the Recruiting, sourcing and wider HR team.
  • Coach, train, upskill and mentor subordinates on a regular basis.
  • Contribute in an effective and efficient manner to the recruitment and development of UAE Nationals.

Job Requirements of Recruitment Sourcing Manager

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required e.g. Human Resources, Business Administration.
  • Minimum of eight years of relevant work experience in Human Resources. With at least three years of experience in a managerial role.
  • Full English proficiency required, Arabic preferred.
  • Advanced computer literacy required e.g. MS Office, MS Project, Banner.
