Job Description
Emirates Airline is seeking qualified and experience candidate for the job position of a Recruitment Partner in Dubai. The selected candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of senior level and executive leadership roles. Role holder will utilise our digital recruitment tools and your strong network to proactively attract, interview and hire high calibre candidates. The successful candidate must have experience building and implementing recruitment strategies within an executive search firm or an in-house recruitment team.
Responsibilities of Recruitment Partner

Manage the full cycle recruitment process for corporate services and executive positions, engaging with senior level candidates to bring the best talent to each role.

Engage with our hiring managers and HR Business Partners to comprehensively understand the departments hiring needs and goals.

Promote the Emirates Group as the employer of choice.

Innovate strategies to attract and pipeline untapped candidates from across the globe to Dubai.

Provide data insights such as market analysis, offers declined and salary comparisons to highlight challenges and recommend solutions to attract top tier candidates.

Utilise digital recruitment tools including Oracle Taleo, LinkedIn Recruiter, HireVue, Boolean.

Design, with support from the Business Psychologist team, appropriate recruitment and selection methodologies, i.e. case study, assessment centre, digital assessment.

Develop and drive tactical and innovative methods to attract passive UAE National candidates, utilising your strong local network.

Manage the offer process from closing candidates to extending offers.

Stay up to date with the latest recruitment trends to recommend improvements on best practise and candidate attraction.

Deliver a world class people experience that our candidates and stakeholders value.
Requirements for Role of Recruitment Partner
The eligibility requirements for role of Recruitment Partner are as under:

Bachelor’s degree.

5+ years’ experience as a Recruiter within an executive search firm or in-house recruitment team.

Substantial experience in placing senior level and executive candidates, ensuring this is comprehensively detailed in your CV.

Experience with the selection processes and able to conduct interviews using a behavioural competency framework.

Well-versed with digital recruitment tools including ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean.
