In line with Emirates Group’s ambitious growth plans & global recruitment drive, Emirates Airlines is hiring Recruitment Partner, experienced in recruiting corporate communications & digital marketing professionals, to join their Corporate Services & Executive Recruitment team on an initial 6 month temporary contract, this could be extended depending on business needs and performance. This role is based full time at the Emirates Group Headquarters in Dubai.

Purpose of Recruitment Partner

• Responsible for the end to end recruitment of senior level and executive leadership roles within Corporate Communications Marketing & Brand division.
• You will utilise digital recruitment tools and your strong network to proactively attract, interview and hire high calibre candidates.
• You must have experience building and implementing Corporate Communications & Digital Marketing recruitment strategies within an executive search firm or an in house recruitment team.

Duties of Recruitment Partner

• Manage the full cycle recruitment process for corporate services & executive position, engaging with senior level Corporate Communications & Digital Marketing candidates to bring the best talent to each role.
• Engage with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to comprehensively understand the departments hiring needs and goals.
• Promote the Emirates Group as employer of choice.
• Innovate strategies to attract and pipeline untapped Corporate Communications & Digital Marketing candidates from across the globe to Dubai.
• Provide data insights such as market analysis, offers declined and salary comparisons to highlight challenges and recommend solutions to attract top tier candidates.
• Utilise digital recruitment tools including Oracle Taleo, LinkedIn Recruiter, HireVue, Boolean.
• Design with support from the Business Psychologist team, appropriate recruitment and selection methodologies i.e. case study, assessment centre, digital assessment.
• Develop and drive tactical and innovative methods to attract passive UAE National candidates, utilising strong local network.
• Manage the offer process from closing candidates to extending offers.
• Stay up to date with the latest recruitment trends to recommend improvements on best practise and candidate attraction.
• Deliver a world class people experience that candidates and stakeholders value.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5 plus years experience as a recruiter within an executive search firm or in house recruitment team.
• Substantial experience in Corporate Communications and Digital Marketing recruitment, placing senior level & executive candidates.
• Experience with the selection processes and able to conduct interviews using a behavioural competency framework.

• Well versed with digital recruitment tools including ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean.
