Recruitment Executive at Al Masaood in Infiniti Showroom Building, Fatima Bint Mubarak Street (Formally Najda Street), PO Box 322, Abu Dhabi, UAE will manage stakeholder expectations, work closely with business units to understand recruiting needs and ensure top quality candidates being considered. Ensure the brand will well represent and manage independently the full recruitment process. This is an Intermediate level Contract (6 months) job. And salary can range between 9000-20000 AED/month.

Responsibilities

• Business partner and manage stakeholder expectations, understand business requirements and deliver as per expectations.
• Maintain a high quality and caliber of candidates shared.
• Have a consultative approach with businesses and avoid bias in hiring the right talent.
• Maintain a healthy diversity mix.
• Handle the full recruitment process from head hunting until closure and onboard.
• Work with internal team for visa and other requirements.
• Close the full cycle of communication and ensure business is well aware of development.
• Participate in manpower meetings and develop monthly and quarterly plans.
• Ensure smooth functioning of the recruitment process and timely closure of roles.

Requirements for Role of Recruitment Executive

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-7 years of experience in Recruitment across varies industries and full cycle.
• Experience of recruiting for mid and senior level roles.
