Women First Jobs is seeking a dedicated Recruiter to join HR team and play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent from the local market. As a Recruiter for UAE Nationals, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and hire qualified UAE Nationals. Your role will be instrumental in supporting the company’s commitment to diversity and inclusion while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities of Recruiter

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
• Proactively source, identify, and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.

Requirements of Recruiter

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+years of proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably with a focus on hiring UAE Nationals.
