Responsibilities of Recruiter

• Scout talent like a pro: hit up job boards, social media and networking events to find next sales superstars.
• Gill candidates with finesse: Make sure they’ve got the goods to sell real estate and vibe with team.
• Partner up with Sales Managers: Keep recruitment game strong and sales targets crushed.
• Treat candidates like VIPs: give them the royal treatment and speedy feedback.
• Stay ahead of the curve: keep finger on the pulse of real estate trends and competitor moves.
• Perform any other recruiting related duty as assigned by the higher authorities.

Requirements for Role of Recruiter

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 years experience in recruiting, preferably in the real estate industry.
