Responsibilities of Recruiter
- Recruitment is incredibly fast-pace, requiring hard work, determination and strong business acumen, however the results are particularly rewarding.
- This role will suit someone who enjoys developing relationships with clients, working closely with candidates as well as understanding how to be a key part of a clients’ business plans.
Requirements of Recruiter
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Previous experience within HR, Recruitment or Sales.
- One year or more experience with a proven track record in recruitment.
Skills and Abilities Desired
- Desire to develop business acumen skills.
- Capable of working closely with the team, with high level of autonomy.
- The candidate should be tech-savvy as the role involves working with an extensive database, utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, and managing various social media tools.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English, are essential.
- Ambitious, outgoing, confident and spirited individual.
- This position will be ideal for someone who genuinely cares about providing a great service, is keen to learn and enjoy making a difference.
