Job Purpose of A Recreation Team Leader
- Oversee and coordinate recreational activities, ensuring an enjoyable and memorable experience for guests.
- Lead a team of recreational staff, organize events and programs, and maintain facilities to create a welcoming and entertaining environment for guests’ leisure and relaxation.
Job Duties of A Recreation Team Leader
- Assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt’s Corporate Strategies and brand standards.
- Whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
- Responsible to assist in the smooth and efficient operation of the recreation department, covering the gym, pool, spa and other recreational facilities and activities.
Who Can Apply?
- High School Diploma.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year work experience in Recreation/Spa/Fitness of the Hotel.
Certification
- Ideally with a certificate or diploma in Leisure management or Hospitality/Tourism management.
Skills Desired
- Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Good customer service, and communications skills are a must.
