Job Description

This Recreation Attendant job at Beach Rotana is a full-time on-site role for energetic, guest-loving folks who keep pools, gym, and beach areas clean and safe. You’ll set up loungers, hand towels, give facility tours, clean locker rooms, and fix small issues fast. Shifts are 40 hours a week, outdoors. Pay is AED 3,500 to AED 4,500 a month plus service charge and tips, about AED 42,000 to AED 54,000 a year. You need swimming skills, fitness for heat, and basic English. Sports training helps. It’s a sunny gig for outgoing pros who enjoy Abu Dhabi’s beach vibe and a 5-star resort linked to the mall.
