Hilton is seeking a dedicated and skilled Recreation Animator for Hilton Ras Al Khaimah Resort in UAE. The animator is responsible for ensuring quality health and fitness services to members and guests, providing an individualized/group exercise prescription and orientation workouts for members and guests. He /she is also responsible for implementing daily opening and closing procedures and for maintaining cleanliness and working order of fitness area, movement and yoga studios.

Responsibilities of Recreation Animator

• Responsible for ensuring quality health and fitness services to members and guests, providing an individualized/group exercise prescription and orientation workouts for members and guests.
• Implementing daily opening and closing procedures and for maintaining cleanliness and working order of fitness area, movement and yoga studios.
• Ensuring adequate coverage of the pool, gym and reception areas. Maintaining cleanliness of the reception, changing rooms, pool and gym facilities.
• Ensuring guests, members and staff follow all health and safety regulations.
• Conducting, coordinating, promoting, publicizing and facilitating club activities and programs in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

Qualification & Experience of Recreation Animator

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous customer service experience.

Knowledge & Skills

• Working knowledge of the service standards.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions
• and procedure manuals.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organizations.
• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
