The Reconciliation Officer at IIQAF Group will work closely with the finance team to maintain accurate records and identify discrepancies, helping to ensure the financial stability of the organization. This is an amazing job opportunity for everyone, without any gender restrictions.

Duties of Reconciliation Officer

  • Reconcile all financial transactions and bank statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
  • Monitor and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Work with the finance team to prepare financial reports for management.
  • Assist in creating and implementing financial policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and financial documents.
  • Participate in audits and provide necessary documentation and support.
  • Communicate with external stakeholders, such as banks and vendors, to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of financial transactions.

Requirments for Reconciliation Officer

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with financial software and data entry.

Skills & Abilities

  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
  • Knowledge of Quranic arts and funds is a plus.
