Job Purpose of Receptionist
- The first point of contact for the company, greeting and welcoming customers in a professional manner.
- Assisting customers and guiding them to the concerned person or department.
Job Duties As A Receptionist At Transguard Group Dubai, UAE
Customer Service
- Efficiently greeting and guiding customers as soon as they arrive at the office in a professional manner.
- Keeping detailed and correct records of visitor / customers requests.
- Provide basic and correct information to the customer.
- Assisting customers and guiding them to the concerned person or department.
- Maintain all reception and common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
- Always well groomed, presentable, and courteous.
- Perform any other tasks or roles as asked by senior authority or which may fall within the scope of job.
Communication
- Coordinating External and Internal communication and be responsible to answer incoming calls/ customers, entering information into a database.

Qualification
- High School Diploma.
Experience
- 2-3 years experience of previous cutomer service.
Skills & Knowledge Desired
- Good communication skills with customers.
- Customer focused.
- Time management and organization skills.
- Quick Learner.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
