Hotels/Restaurant industry is seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join their team and serve as the welcoming face of their organization. Responsibilities of Receptionist
- Greet visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer incoming calls, take messages, and transfer calls to the appropriate individuals in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, distributing them to the appropriate recipients.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms, coordinating with staff to ensure seamless arrangements.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments, including managing office supplies and inventory.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information and inquiries.
- Assist with special projects and events as assigned by management.
Requirements of Receptionist
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience of 1-2 years as a receptionist, front desk officer, or customer service representative.
Skills and Knowledge Desired
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
