Hotels/Restaurant industry is seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join their team and serve as the welcoming face of their organization. Responsibilities of Receptionist

  • Greet visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Answer incoming calls, take messages, and transfer calls to the appropriate individuals in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, distributing them to the appropriate recipients.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms, coordinating with staff to ensure seamless arrangements.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments, including managing office supplies and inventory.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information and inquiries.
  • Assist with special projects and events as assigned by management.

Requirements of Receptionist

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience of 1-2 years as a receptionist, front desk officer, or customer service representative.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
