Office Equipment industry is looking for a friendly and welcoming Receptionist to join their growing company. The job purpose for a receptionist in Dubai’s office equipment sector is to manage front desk operations, handle inquiries, and assist visitors.

Responsibilities of Receptionist

  • You will greet clients and visitors when they arrive at the office and determine their reason for their visit.
  • Other job duties include answering phones and emails, entering information into their database, organizing files, and making copies.
  • You will also monitor the inventory of office supplies and order more when necessary.

Requirements of Receptionist

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
