Job Description

NAFFCO has been recognized by the Dubai Quality Appreciation Program in 2008, further cementing their status as a renowned leader in fire protection solutions. Currently they are looking to hire a Filipino Female candidate for the job role of a Receptionist in Jebel Ali Free zone، South Area، Jebel Ali Free Zone Street, Dubai, UAE. This is an Entry level full time role. For this position salary ranges from 2500-3000 AED, which may be slightly negotiable during the interview process.

Responsibilities of Receptionist

  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking and relaying messages as needed.
  • Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Maintain a neat and organized reception area, ensuring it is presentable at all times.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
  • Receive and distribute mail and packages.
  • Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members.
  • Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information.

Requirements for Role of Receptionist

  • Any Graduation.
  • 2 years experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus.
