Masafi is seeking a professional and welcoming Receptionist to join their team in Dubai. As the first point of contact for their organization, the Receptionist will play a crucial role in creating a positive and lasting impression on visitors, clients, and team members. This is an entry level full time role. For this position salary ranges from 3000 AED to 7000 AED, which may be slightly negotiatable during the interview process.
Responsibilities of A Receptionist
- Greet and assist visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer and transfer incoming calls to the appropriate department or individual.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.
- Provide information and assistance to visitors, including directions, office hours, and general inquiries.
- Manage visitor sign-in and security procedures.
- Assist in various administrative tasks, such as data entry, photocopying, and filing.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Coordinate courier services as needed.
- Schedule and manage appointments and meetings, maintaining an accurate calendar.
- Notify team members of visitor arrivals and appointments.
- Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Relay messages and inquiries to the appropriate parties promptly.
- Follow established company policies and procedures, especially those related to security and visitor management.
Eligibility Requirements
The eligibility requirements for role of a Receptionist are as under:
- High School Diploma or equivalent degree.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
