Real Estate is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer focused Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Responsibilities of Receptionist

Greet and assist clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff.
Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
Schedule appointments and assist in coordinating meetings.
Provide information to clients about available properties and real estate services.
Maintain a welcoming and tidy reception area.
Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries to the appropriate recipients.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements for Receptionist

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience of 1-2 years in a same role.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational abilities.
Familiarity with real estate terminology is a plus.
Proficient in basic office software.
Ability to handle multiple phone lines and busy reception areas.
