As company continue to grow, Company is seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join their team and help create a welcoming atmosphere for their guests.
Responsibilities of Receptionist
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using the hotel’s reservation system.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel’s services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Answer and direct phone calls, handle emails, and manage correspondence.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Manage reservations and cancellations in a timely manner.
- Address and resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements for the role of Receptionist
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality or related fields are a plus.
- Previous experience of 1-2 years as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Skills and Knowledge Desired
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel reservation software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
