As company continue to grow, Company is seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join their team and help create a welcoming atmosphere for their guests.

Responsibilities of Receptionist

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel.
  • Check guests in and out efficiently using the hotel’s reservation system.
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel’s services, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, handle emails, and manage correspondence.
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Manage reservations and cancellations in a timely manner.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements for the role of Receptionist

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality or related fields are a plus.
  • Previous experience of 1-2 years as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

  • Proficiency in MS Office and hotel reservation software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
