The healthcare industry is currently seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join their team in Dubai. The job holder will be the first point of contact for visitors and provide administrative support to ensure smooth office.
Responsibilities of a Receptionist
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage and maintain the reception area, including keeping it clean and organized.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, and coordinate conference room bookings.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Update and maintain contact lists and office directories.
- Provide general administrative support to the office team as needed.
Requirements of a Receptionist
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- UAE residency or work permit is required.
- Proven experience of less than 1 year as a Receptionist or in a similar role.
Skills and Knowledge Desired
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
