Responsibilities of Receptionist
- Greet visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls, transfer calls, and take messages as needed.
- Manage and maintain the reception area, including keeping it clean and organized.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as sorting mail, filing documents, and data entry.
- Provide information and assistance to visitors and callers as required.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure efficient office operations.
Requirements of Receptionist
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience of 1-2 years as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred but not required.
Skills and Knowledge Desired
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using office equipment such as phones, computers, and printers.
