Responsibilities

  • Flash a warm smile to VVIPs, offering tea or dates as they arrive at the lounge.
  • Run the front desk, checking in guests and managing bookings without a hitch.
  • Answer calls or client queries, like flight schedules, with quick, polished responses.
  • Keep daily logs of guest visits and lounge activity for the operations team.
  • Team with cleaners to ensure lounges sparkle, from plush sofas to marble counters.
  • Restock snacks, drinks, and toiletries to keep the pantry guest-ready.
  • Spot hazards, like a wobbly table, and flag them to maintenance right away.
  • Help ground ops with tasks like guiding clients to jets or passing on manifests.
  • Arrange food trays with caterers for events, like VIP dinners or airshow parties.
  • Update guest lists in the system to track who’s in and out seamlessly.
  • Stick to safety rules, like verifying IDs, to keep the FBO secure.
  • Handle random tasks from the boss, like booking cabs for a sheikh’s entourage.

Requirements

Education

Experience
