Responsibilities

  • Roll out warm meets and greets for VVIP guests stepping into the lounge.

  • Nail down daily logs and reports, hitting deadlines without a hitch.
  • Team up with clean crews and fix teams to hold lounge spots tidy, stocked, and up to snuff.
  • Spot and flag any safe risks or upkeep needs in the work zones.
  • Lend a hand to ground ops folks and bosses on whatever pops up.
  • Run the front desk smooth, handling check-ins and guest flows.
  • Field questions from clients sharp and tweak guest rosters on the fly.
  • Keep eyes on lounge areas for any off notes on safe or fix fronts, piping reports up.
  • Restock drink nooks, snack bars, and guest perks fresh.
  • Back food prep ties with outside cater outfits for seamless serves.

Requirements

Education

Experience
