Reception Supervisor Al-Futtaim Group UAE

Al-Futtaim Group is currently looking for an experienced Reception Supervisor to work for Al Futtaim Toyota in Al Ain. The role will provide a supervisory management function for all Service Advisors. Role of Reception Supervisor

• To lead a reception team ensuring and maintaining the efficient and professional manner.
• Act as a role model to demonstrate and promoting standards expected by practicing and creating the energy and the enthusiasm for excellent customer service.

Duties of Reception Manager

• Ensure that all Reception Hosts and Service Advisors provide a “Customer Centric” environment that is geared to the highest level of customer satisfaction and promotes our Customer Service Values.
• Ensure the accurate flow of customer, vehicle information to ensure the vehicles are Fix Right First time and deliver based on the customer delivery time.
• Ensure that all reporting staff demonstrates a high level of sifting, sorting, sweeping, spick and span and safety that promotes a customer centric environment.
• To adhere to all departmental procedures.
• Ensure the tracking of the financial performance of each direct employee responsible for selling labour hours and other sales.

Qualification & Experience

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any technical automotive related field.
• 2 to 3 years recent experience as a Reception Supervisor or Manager in the automotive industry.

Skills Desired

• Ability to communicate effectively and must have a strong analytical, communication and inter personal skills alongside with supervisory competence.
• Problem solving and leadership skills and can lead changes in the workplace.
• Excellent MS Office skills and SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Arabic speaking is a plus.
