Job Purpose of A Reception Manager

To oversee and ensure the efficient & welcoming operation of a reception area, providing exceptional guest or customer service.

Job Duties of A Reception Manager

• Responsible for delivering five star customer service to guests.
• Meet the guests and greet them with smile, creating an amazing experience and everlasting memories.
• Develop strong relationships with guests staying in the hotel and its suites, local Dubai residents and regulars will be an important aspect of the role.
• Act as a ‘sales ambassador’, encourage repeat custom and capture new business.
• Communicate any special requests and needs of guests to restaurant management team.
• Play a vital role in delivering a luxury and personalized service.
• Demonstrate a deep knowledge & passion for the brand.
• Play an active role in building and managing the guest database.
• Work closely with PR & marketing teams to communicate any upcoming activity to the market, including special events, initiatives, and promotions.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or a related field.
• Must have minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel or restaurant.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

• Must demonstrate a clear passion for the Food & Beverage industry and guest experience.
• Willing to work flexible hours, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
