Responsibilities of Real Estate Broker

• Presenting & negotiating purchase offers to sellers for consideration.
• Market analysis to assist landlords & sellers in valuing their properties.
• Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of the property and advise them on the suitability and value of the property they are visiting.
• Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, deeds, and leases.
• Coordinate property closings, overseeing the signing of documents and handover of funds.
• Contact property owners and advertise services to solicit property sales listings.
• Refer clients to the relevant service, for example, mortgage services for a buyer, etc.

Requirements of Real Estate Broker

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales in Abu Dhabi real estate.
• A valid UAE driving license and reliable transportation.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A solid understanding of real estate laws and regulations in Abu Dhabi.
