Real Estate industry in Dubai is looking for dynamic and driven individuals to join their team as Real Estate Agent. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for prospecting for new clients, guiding clients through transactions, and providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities of Real Estate Agent

• Prospect for new clients through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential properties and clients.
• Assist clients with buying, selling, or renting properties, including preparing and presenting offers, negotiating contracts, and coordinating transactions.
• Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the entire real estate process, from initial consultation to closing.
• Stay up to date on local real estate market trends, industry regulations, and best practices.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals.
• Utilize technology and marketing tools to promote properties and attract clients.
• Attend open houses, showings, and other events to showcase properties and network with potential buyers and sellers.

Requirements of Real Estate Agent

• High school diploma or equavalent.
• Work experience of 1-2 years in similar role.
