RAC/CAC Retail Manager Air Conditioning Samsung Electronics

Samsung Electronics is presently looking to hire qualified candidates for the role of a RAC/CAC Retail Manager in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible to provides leadership to the assigned region, overseeing RAC retail activities and stores. Reviews and analyses regional sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets. Responsibilities of A RAC/CAC Retail Manager Air Conditioning

• Drive all processes including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, and roadmap development.
• Analyses market data with numbers to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications.
• Provide inputs to product development through insights from market research and customer buying behaviours.
• Monthly analysis of key retailer’s performance.
• Develop quarterly pitch for retail store transition.
• Manage product compliance against current/upcoming country regulations for each country in the dedicated region.
• Highlight the product line-up gaps for each country and present encounter measurements to address the factory for product development.
• PSI management, sell-in/out, and inventory.
• Manage MENA stock levels and initiate correction plans for stock control.

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role of a RAC/CAC Retail Manager Air Conditioning are as under:

• Bachelor’s degree or post-graduate degree preferably in business/ Marketing.
• E-Commerce background is a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in retail management.
• Strong experience in Retail Management, Marketing, and Supply Chain Management.
• A proven track record in building strategic partner relationships and expertise in business development.

• Excellent presentation and training skills (Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel is a must).
