Job Description
The Quantity Surveyor at Galadari Brothers Group will be responsible to estimate and manage construction costs for projects, ensuring budget adherence and cost efficiency. There is no gender restriction for this role, both male and female can apply for this role.
Duties of Quantity Surveyor
- Estimate quantity and costs of materials.
- Prepare contracts and documents.
- Set budgets for payments, inventory needs, and materials.
- Track changes in plans or constructions, update budgets.
- Act as a liaison between clients and site managers/engineers.
- Keep track of construction materials and inventory.
- Estimate quantity and costs of materials.
- Analyze costs for maintenance and additional building needs.
- Perform any other work assigned by immediate supervisor.
- Ensures adherence to the firm’s signature authority policy and facilitates approval of necessary and appropriate deviations.
- Develops and maintains complete and accurate contract files and ensures that corporate contract files are current.
Elgibility Requirements
The eligibility requirements for role of a Quantity Surveyor are as under:
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in areas include surveying, construction and structural engineering.
Skills Desired
- Knowledgeable in Cost Estimates and Contracts.
- Good Communication skills.
- Ability to complete the project on time and within the budget.
