Responsibilities of Quantity Surveyor

• Estimate and evaluate construction costs for projects.
• Prepare and analyze tender documents and contracts.
• Conduct site visits to gather relevant data for cost analysis.
• Collaborate with project teams and contractors.
• Monitor project expenses and budgetary compliance.
• Prepare reports and forecasts on project costs.

Requirements of Quantity Surveyor

The requirements for said job are as following.

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or relevant field.
• Proven experience of 1-2 years as a Quantity Surveyors.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
• Proficient in cost estimation and analysis.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Salary

The salary package offered by the company started from 3001 to 3500 AED, which will be negotiable.
