Responsibilities of Quality & Patient Safety Manager

• To coordinate continuous quality improvement of systems and procedures.
• Guide and drive business unit preparation for regulatory and accreditation compliance related to quality and patient safety.
• Monitor and support audit planning, execution and related risk management.

Requirements for Role of Quality & Patient Safety Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in a clinical healthcare field.
• Certification in Quality Management (e.g. CPHQ, CPPS, CMQ)
• At least 5 years healthcare experience in quality and patient safety.
• Previous experience in a professional clinical role.
