Job Description

Transguard Group presently has a job opening for highly skilled & devoted candidates for position of a Quality Controller to join their team in Dubai. Role of Quality Controller

At Transguard Group, a Quality Controller has to gain an understanding of the client’s needs and requirements. He will communicate them and the quality standards to the production teams.

Responsibilities of Quality Controller

  • Devising ways to improve the Manufacturing process to ensure Higher-quality goods.
  • Devising, Improving, and Reviewing new specifications and procedures for products or processes, and Training staff to use them.
  • Setting the requirements for raw materials from suppliers. Also Monitoring their compliance.
  • Supervising Inspectors, Technicians, and other staff members and providing guidance.

What you’ll do

  • Ensuring legal obligations are followed. Ensuring Compliance with regulatory bodies and with health and safety Guidelines.
  • Overseeing product development procedures to identify any deviations from quality standards.
  • Inspecting the final output, comparing it to the requirements, and Approving or Rejecting the final products.
  • Keeping accurate Documentation and performing Statistical analysis.
  • Gaining Feedback from the clients, attending meetings, submitting reports, and assisting external auditors and inspectors.

Education & Experience

  • At least a High School Diploma.
  • Relevant Experience in Quality Control.

  • Excellent verbal, written and Interpersonal Communication skills.
  • Outstanding Customer Service skills and Dedication to providing Exceptional customer care.
  • Must be Self-motivator and Self-starter.
  • Focus on quality and customer service.
