Job Description
Transguard Group presently has a job opening for highly skilled & devoted candidates for position of a Quality Controller to join their team in Dubai. Role of Quality Controller
At Transguard Group, a Quality Controller has to gain an understanding of the client’s needs and requirements. He will communicate them and the quality standards to the production teams.
Responsibilities of Quality Controller
- Devising ways to improve the Manufacturing process to ensure Higher-quality goods.
- Devising, Improving, and Reviewing new specifications and procedures for products or processes, and Training staff to use them.
- Setting the requirements for raw materials from suppliers. Also Monitoring their compliance.
- Supervising Inspectors, Technicians, and other staff members and providing guidance.
What you’ll do
- Ensuring legal obligations are followed. Ensuring Compliance with regulatory bodies and with health and safety Guidelines.
- Overseeing product development procedures to identify any deviations from quality standards.
- Inspecting the final output, comparing it to the requirements, and Approving or Rejecting the final products.
- Keeping accurate Documentation and performing Statistical analysis.
- Gaining Feedback from the clients, attending meetings, submitting reports, and assisting external auditors and inspectors.
Education & Experience
- At least a High School Diploma.
- Relevant Experience in Quality Control.

- Excellent verbal, written and Interpersonal Communication skills.
- Outstanding Customer Service skills and Dedication to providing Exceptional customer care.
- Must be Self-motivator and Self-starter.
- Focus on quality and customer service.
- Exceptional Listening and Analytical skills.

- Must be able to effectively deal with people at all levels inside and outside of the Company.
- Creative ability & writing proficiency.

- Must be Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Bilingual is a must.
