Seddiqi Holding looking for a Quality Controller for one of their business unit (Swiss Watch Services) in P.o.box 2123 Al Thanya Street Umm Al Sheif Sheikh Zayed Rd, Dubai, UAE, who will be responsible to provide quality control on all watches leaving the workshop by ensuring all customer requests have been met and all technical and aesthetic processes have been completed according to SWS and Brand specification. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 7000-15000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Quality Controller

  • Ensure to fully complete all processes according to SWS and Brand specifications.
  • Move all QC passed work to administration for invoicing.
  • Accurately recorded all work allocated in accordance with the SWS procedures.
  • Minimize customer returns, consistently apply Quality Control standards.
  • Judge all watches aesthetically at 30 cm with the naked eye under good/natural light.
  • Judges evaluate all technical standards according to SWS and Brand parameters.
  • Daily advise the Team Supervisor & Workshop Administration of all Quality Control fails.
  • Ensure correct allocation of all jobs in the technical unit.

Requirements for Role of Quality Controller

  • Bachelor’s degree in quality management, engineering, or related field.
  • 3 years job related experience in Luxury watch.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • Proven technical and observation skills with good attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of brands.
