Quality Auditor Johnson Controls Abu Dhabi

As Internal Quality Auditor at Johnson Controls in Bin Brook Building 7th Floor, Building No 720, Hamdan Bin Mohammed St, Al Danah, E10, Abu Dhabi, UAE, candidate will be part of Jonson Controls Quality Assurance team, focused on continuous improvement of Johnson Controls Quality Management System to enhance customer experience, maintain high quality standards, achieve operational excellence and driving Johnson Controls growth in the Middle East & Africa region. Candidate will be supporting QA leadership to maximize effectiveness of company QMS, awareness on quality requirements, business processes performance, compliance to applicable quality standards & specifications and improving Quality Culture in Johnson Controls.  This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 10000-20000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Quality Auditor

• Supporting QMS development, implementation and control including updates on SharePoint.
• Reviewing business processes for necessary improvement to enhance efficiency & performance.
• Establishing, implementing and update of internal & external quality audit plans / schedules.
• Reviewing audit references incl. contractual documents to prepare audit checklists.
• Conducting QMS, process capability and project compliance audits and audit reporting.
• Reporting audit findings, RCA & CA follow-up & review for audit closeouts.
• Conducting Quality inductions, awareness and refresher training, whenever assigned.
• Training employees on quality policies, principles, procedures, standards & specifications.
• Carrying out project quality compliance reviews and establishing Project Quality Plans at bid stage.
• Participating in local & global Quality Improvement programs.
• Investigating non-conformities, review of RCA & CA implementation and propose NCRs for closeout.
• Ensuring business compliance with applicable quality & industry standards.
• Identifying & recommending quality improvements.
• Carrying out required analysis and preparing analysis reports for QA leadership review.
• To support and liaise with QA leadership on all aspects of Quality.
• Maintaining & updating monitoring logs and effective records retention to ensure efficient retrieval.
• Keeping company abreast of industry standards and regulations.

Requirements for Role of Quality Auditor

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• 7+ years’ experience. (preferably in Oil & Gas industry)
• Must be a Certified QMS Lead Auditor. (ISO 9001:2015)
• Core experience in 1st & 2nd Party QMS auditing. (as per ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 19011:2018 standards)
• CSWIP 3.1, B-Gas / NACE and NDT certifications will be an added advantage.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• Strong knowledge of Oil & Gas Industry Quality Specifications and Codes / Standards; ISO, ASME, NFPA, EN etc.
• Must be well conversant with MS Office. (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Strong communication, analytical and reporting skills.
• Able to resolve quality issues independently and with the teams.
• Posses professional ethical behavior.
