Quality Assurance Controller Dnata Airline UAE

An exciting job opportunity has been announced by Dnata Airline for role of Quality Assurance Controller in Dubai. The incumbent will be responsible to provide support and guidance in the implementation and monitoring of Integrated Management Systems (QMS) across Airport and Cargo operations in compliance with applicable company standards (QMS) and international standards to ensure continual improvement. This vacancy is for UAE nationals only.

Responsibilities of A Quality Assurance Controller

• Audit Managment: Conduct comprehensive quality audits within UAE Airport and Cargo Operations to ensure Quality, Environment, Health and Safety policy, systems and procedures are implemented effectively and efficiently.
• Create detailed quality reports, summarize findings, trends and recommendations for management review.
• Coordinate with customer airlines and other regulatory bodies in planning and executing second party audits.
• Work with line and support department to ensure timely corrective action is taken on audit findings.
• Compliance Management System: Support the line departments in reviewing and implementing new / revised ISO, ISAGO and other standard requirements.
• Oversee the management of change activities and facilitate line departments in assessing operational risks related to the assigned business units.
• Develop and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) procedures to drive consistent and efficient processes across all divisions within the organization.
• Business Excellence and Continual Improvement: Formulate a framework for achieving business excellence and devise a structured strategy for systematically rolling out these methods in collaboration with various departments within the organization.
• Work closely with the corporate team to review and implement global standards across UAE Business. Support corporate team for outstation audits.
• Lead or participate in quality related projects or benchmarking exercises aimed at improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualification Requirements for Role of Quality Assurance Controller

• Bachelor’s degree or Honours.
• At least 3 years of experience in a quality sssurance.
• Experience in a similar sized international airline, ground handling company, aviation services business or other large services sector organization.
• Preferably certified quality, environment and or health & safety lead Auditor.

Skilled & Knowledge Desired

• Thorough understanding of ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Systems and hands on experience in using quality tools.
• Exceptional team management & motivation skills.
• Understanding in setting/monitoring and assessing operational and individual objectives.
