QC Engineer (Mechancial & Electrical) NAFFCO Dubai

Currently they are looking to hire a candidate for the job role of a QC Engineer (Mechancial & Electrical) in Jebel Ali Free zone، South Area، Jebel Ali Free Zone Street, Dubai, UAE. This is an Intermediate level full time role. For this position salary ranges from 3000-4000 AED, which may be slightly negotiable during the interview process.

Responsibilities of QC Engineer

• Conduct thorough inspections of mechanical and electrical systems to ensure compliance with industry and safety standards, identifying any discrepancies or defects.
• Develop and maintain detailed quality documentation, including inspection reports and compliance checklists, to ensure traceability and accountability.
• Implement and monitor quality control processes, utilizing statistical methods to analyze data and improve overall product reliability and performance.
• Perform root cause analysis and develop corrective actions for non-conformance issues, ensuring timely resolution to prevent recurrence.
• Participate in internal and external audits, preparing necessary documentation and responding to findings to ensure continuous improvement.
• Evaluate supplier quality performance through audits and assessments, ensuring that materials meet specified quality standards before acceptance.
• Utilize advanced testing equipment and software for diagnostics, ensuring precise measurements and effective troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems.

Requirements for Role of QC Engineer

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, demonstrating a solid foundation in engineering principles.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in quality control within the mechanical and electrical sectors, showcasing practical knowledge and expertise.
• Certification in Quality Control or Quality Assurance (e.g., ASQ, Six Sigma) is preferred, indicating a commitment to quality excellence.
