QC Engineer Automobile Industry NAFFCO Dubai

NAFFCO is presently seeking to hire a candidate for the job role of a QC Engineer in Automobile Industry in Jebel Ali Free zone، South Area، Jebel Ali Free Zone Street, Dubai, UAE. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 13000-25000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of QC Engineer

• Conduct inspections and tests on automobile parts and systems to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Identify and document any defects or non-conformities and work with the production team to resolve them.
• Create and maintain quality control procedures and documentation.
• Collaborate with suppliers to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Perform root cause analysis on quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Train and educate production team members on quality control procedures.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections, tests, and quality control activities.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in quality control practices.

Requirements for Role of QC Engineer

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Certifications in quality control or quality management are preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality control in the automobile industry.
• Experience with ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems.
