• Able to do sourcing and getting quotations.

• Maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate the best prices for company.
• Identifies and researches potential new suppliers.
• Researches new products and services to meet company’s goals.
• Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms.

• Track orders and ensure timely delivery.

Requirements for Purchasing Officer

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hospitality experience of 1-2 years is a must.
