Purchase Manager Automotive Industry NAFFCO UAE

NAFFCO is actively seeking experienced and qualified individual to take on the role of Purchase Manager in Automotive Industry in Dubai. Candidate will be responsible to ensure the efficient and cost-effective procurement of all goods and services necessary for company’s operations. Responsibilities of Purchase Manager

• Develop and implement purchasing strategies to optimize cost and quality while ensuring timely delivery.
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts and establish beneficial business relationships.
• Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for cost savings or improved procurement processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between purchasing activities and overall business objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory levels and supplier performance.
• Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and take appropriate actions to address any deficiencies.

Requirements for Role of Purchase Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Professional certifications in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) are highly desirable.
• Experience in negotiating contracts and establishing beneficial supplier relationships.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• Strong knowledge of automotive industry regulations, market trends, and supplier networks.
• Detail-oriented and organized to maintain accurate records and manage multiple suppliers concurrently.
• Fluency in English is required, proficiency in additional languages (e.g., German, Japanese) is a plus.
