Job Description

Job Description of Purchase Coordinator
- Coordinate and manage purchase orders for materials and supplies.
- Research and identify potential vendors and negotiate contracts.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any issues or delays.
- Monitor and track purchase orders to ensure compliance with budget and project timelines.
- Implement and maintain procurement policies and procedures.
- Perform any other sales/Purchase support related duty as assigned by the higher authorities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Certification in procurement or supply chain management is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
