Job Description

Tiffany & Co is currently looking for a passionate and self-driven individual to join MEA team as a Public Relations Intern. In this role the PR intern will support the PR team in executing PR strategies, contributing to projects and completing administrative tasks. The PR Intern liaises with PR agencies and the media to maintain the external image of Tiffany & Co., promote specific marketing campaigns and drive launches through issuing press releases, promoting press releases, maintaining a social media presence and coordinating public appearances.

Responsibilities of Public Relations Intern

  • Coordinate media relations initiatives and outreach with the designated press.
  • Oversee day-to-day contact with PR agencies in the market.
  • Coordinate accurate execution and distribution of press releases with PR agencies.
  • Work in conjunction with the PR Manager and PR agencies to identify suitable opportunities for collaborating with influencers.
  • Develop and implement local brand content on social media networks, working in close relationship with regional PR team.
  • Coordinate product loans for photo shoots and VIP endorsements.
  • Coordinate monthly press clippings and quarterly submission of original clippings with PR agencies.
  • Daily review of press for clippings & regular distribution of key articles within organization.

Requirements for Role of Public Relations Intern

  • University degree.
  • 1-2 years of experience in public relation.
  • Digital and social media aptitude and experience.
  • Fresh candidates can also apply.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with press and industry peers.
  • Strong organization and project management skills.
  • Creativity, team spirit & sense of initiative.
