Public Relations Executive IFZA Dubai

IFZA is seeking qualified and experienced Public Relations Executive who will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of IFZA Dubai’s external communication strategies. This position offers the opportunity to engage with media outlets, craft compelling content, and manage our social media presence to strengthen their brand identity.

Responsibilities of Public Relations Executive

• Assist in developing and implementing communication strategies to enhance our organization’s reputation.
• Draft press releases, media statements, speeches, and other communication materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and media outlets.
• Coordinate media events, including interviews and press conferences.
• Produce high-quality content for digital platforms, social media, and newsletters.
• Manage and monitor our social media channels, creating engaging content.
• Contribute to crisis communication planning and execution.
• Support internal communication initiatives to ensure consistent messaging to employees.
• Monitor communication efforts’ effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role of Public Relations Executive are as under:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
• 2-4 years of proven experience in corporate communications or public relations.

Skills Desired

• Full English proficiency additional languages are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of the local media landscape and cultural nuances in Dubai.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital communication tools.
• Excellent content creation, copywriting, and editing skills.
• Basic understanding of crisis communication principles.
