Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts Dubai at Jumeirah Beach is presently accepting applications from suitable candidate for the job role of Public Area Attendant. The selected candidate will be responsible to maintain cleanliness and order in the hotel’s public areas, ensuring a pleasant environment for guests.

Responsibilities of Public Area Attendant

• Provide genuine hospitality and recognition in the work area.
• Anticipate guest needs and takes ownership of guest concerns and requests; acts decisively to ensure guest satisfaction. Offers a special service touch when an opportunity is presented.
• Maintain public areas of the Resort washrooms to be clean and refreshed/stocked, routine checks of all public areas.
• Cleans and self-inspects public areas as assigned and in accordance with Four Seasons standards.
• Adheres to the hotel’s code of conduct and grooming & hygiene standards.
• Is seen as working hands-on, assists colleagues in crunch times; walks the talk.
• Actively participates in briefings and meetings.
• Maintains a clean and orderly work area and promotes a safe working environment.
• Cleans and self-inspects public areas as assigned and in accordance with hotel standards.
• Possesses a high degree of product knowledge and relevant technical skills. Keeps abreast of events in the hotel.

Requirements of Public Area Attendant

• High School diploma in the relevant field.
• 1-2 years previous experience as Housekeeping Attendant within 5* luxury Hotels.
